Shipping & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We process and ship all orders during our business hours. Delivery time is on average 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

All orders shipped by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance cover is cancelled upon receipt and acceptance of the package.

Shipping within Germany:

We offer free standard delivery with DHL GoGreen for all our orders over 100€ within Germany.

For orders under 100€ there is a delivery charge of 4.90€.

As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Who bears the costs of a return?

As a sustainable fashion label, we try to keep the transport routes within our value chain as environmentally friendly as possible. This also includes deliveries and returns to and from our end customers.

In order to promote conscious shopping and thus reduce CO2 emissions, the customer bears the costs for any return shipment to us.

If we are to ship your order abroad , the prices for the following zones apply:

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive the tracking number of your package by email. You can check the status of your package at any time using the link included in the email.

If you have a customer account with us, you can also view the shipment tracking via "My Account". In the event of a return, please keep your shipment number until the invoice amount has been refunded or you receive a credit note.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

How long can I return a delivery?

Please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt so that we can issue a refund to your preferred payment method or make an exchange. This process may take up to 14 days.

Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have tags intact.

We recommend that you return the item using an insured shipping method so that you can track your return. This way, your shipment would be protected in the event of loss.

Is return shipping to byMi free?

In our efforts to minimize returns and protect the environment, buyers bear the return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. We also save unnecessary paper by not including a pre-printed return label.

complaint

If you receive a defective or faulty item, you can complain about it within the statutory warranty period. Please contact us and tell us in writing what the defect is in the item. After receiving a return number, you can return the item.

exchange

If you require an item in a different size, you can request an exchange within the 14-day cancellation period. Please contact us to check the availability of the desired size.

cancellation policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (byMi GmbH & Co. KG, St. Apern Straße 10/12, 50667 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: +49 221 298 00 554, E-Mail: kundenservice@bymi.de ) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
