I have forgotten my password – what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password and request a new one under “My Account” at the top right of the page.

How can I contact customer service?

Either send us an email to kundenservice@bymi.de or call us at +49 (0)221 – 298 00 554 . Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on public holidays).

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment options are available?

Prepayment : To do this, simply select “bank transfer” as the payment method during the ordering process. After completing the order, you will receive an invoice with the relevant account details.

PayPal : Is a very commonly used and secure payment method. To do this, select the PayPal payment method during the ordering process. When you complete your order, you will be taken directly to the login to your PayPal account, where you can confirm the payment.

Visa, Mastercard & American Express : This is done via Shopify Payments and complies with the highest current security standards.

Purchase on account : Purchase on account is processed through the company KLARNA and complies with the highest current security standards.

How do I know that my order was successful?

As soon as the order process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email, please contact our friendly customer service:

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Who pays the shipping costs?

ByMi covers the costs for shipping within Germany for purchases over 100€ . For international shipping, the customer covers the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred in the event of a return.

How can I complain about an item?

If an item is delivered incorrectly or if a defect is discovered within the warranty period, you can complain about the defective item and send it back to us after receiving a return label. Please let us know by email what defect the item has. We will then check the item and contact you to offer you a satisfactory solution as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I don't like an article?

If you do not like an item, you have the option of returning the item to us and having the amount paid credited to your customer account.

Where can I get the return slip?

The return slip should be included with your order. If this is not the case, you will receive it from us by email. All you need to do is send a short email with your order number and your name to kundenservice@bymi.de .

Is shipping to a packing station possible?

Delivery to a Packstation is possible in principle . Large packages that do not fit into your rented parcel compartment may have to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch or DHL Express Station.

How do I find the right size? / Which blouse suits me?

How do I clean/wash my blouse?

Our products are made from high-quality materials and are therefore very easy to care for.

Are the byMi blouses cut very tight?

Our byMi blouses can basically be divided into four categories:

Slim fit, straight fit, loose fit and A-line .

Our slim fit blouses are - as the name suggests - a little tighter and more body-hugging. However, we tend not to produce blouses that are too fitted or extremely tight, so our slim fit cut is fitted and body-hugging but not overly tight.
