We process and send all orders during our (general) business hours. The delivery time is 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

All orders that we send are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage is canceled upon receipt and acceptance of the package.

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive the tracking number of your package by email. You can check the status of your parcel at any time using the link in the email.

If you have a customer account with us, you can also view the shipment tracking via "My account". In the event of a return, please keep your tracking number until the invoice amount has been reimbursed or until you receive a credit.
